By submitting an entity (business, café, or individual) to the Build in Brisbane directory, you agree to the following:
1. Accuracy of Information
You represent that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. You agree to notify us if any details (such as links or contact information) change or if the entity ceases operations.
2. Right to Review and Edit
Keatsian AI reserves the right to:
- Review all submissions before they go live.
- Edit descriptions for clarity, length, or brand alignment.
- Decline or remove any submission that does not fit the ecosystem's criteria (e.g., non-local businesses or inappropriate content).
3. Content License
By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the name, logo, and description of the entity on the Build in Brisbane website and associated social media channels for promotional purposes.
4. No Endorsement
Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement by Keatsian AI. We are not liable for any interactions, transactions, or disputes that occur between users of the site and the entities listed.
5. Removal Requests
If you are the owner of an entity listed and wish to have it removed or updated, please contact us at hello@keatsian.com, and we will process your request within 5 business days.
